1. Ensure you have an Apple Developer Connection ID. If you don't, get one: http://connect.apple.com/
2. Problem details including the following information:
a. Summary: Provide a more descriptive summary of the issue. This should be in addition to the Problem Report Title.
b. Steps to Reproduce: Please describe the step-by-step process we can use to produce this bug, starting with how your system was set up (you can make references to your configuration). Example:
1. Open the Mail "In" tray.
2. Open a letter.
3. An insertion point appears briefly in the "In" Tray in the same position that it will appear in the message editor.
c. Expected Results: Please describe what you expected to happen when you executed the steps above.
d. Actual Results: Please explain what actually occurred when you execute the steps above.
e. Workaround: If you have found a workaround for this problem, please describe it.
f. Isolation: If you have been able to repeat this problem on another configuration, please let us know.
3. Record current configuration information. To obtain a System Profiler report in Mac OS X 10.3, Select "About This Mac" from the Apple menu and click the "More Info" button. This automatically launches the System Profiler application. Once the System Profiler application has been launched please follow the steps below:
a. Select "Save" from the File menu.
b. Keep the format as 'System Profile'.
c. Click the "Save" button.
d. Attach this file to your bug report.
