Every systems programmer I have worked with will pronounce the address X'1FC' as "One-Fox-Charlie." This strikes me as extremely boring, so I have provided the traditional phonetic alphabet as a reference for anyone who needs it, as well as a proposed alphabet for those who are not mired in tradition.

The traditional alphabet, originally created by NATO, has now been adopted by the Alliace for Telecommunications Industry Standards (ATSI).
