3-Hole Printing

One of my personal pet peeves is the correct orientation of 3-hole drilled paper in a printer is dependent on the application and print orientation. This is my cheat-sheet to avoid having to remember all of the varients. Forced Landscape (FL) refers to printing when the setup specifies Portrait, but the application/document forces a landscape orientation.
